Court Bookings - 25th July Onwards

Hi everyone,

Please see below all the relevant details with regards to court bookings once we open on Saturday.

My next e-mail will outline the new guidelines players will have to adhere to when arriving, playing and leaving the club.

Club Opening
There will be some restrictions to when you can book courts as we can only offer courts when the club is open.
Initially, courts will be available from 9.30am every day but the last court that can be booked will be 8pm so the club will be ready to be locked at 9pm.

Booking a Court
Unfortunately the owner of MyCourts is away at the minute (great timing I know ha) and has not been able to change the court bookings to 1 hour time slots.
So to start with, if you would like to book a court you will need to get in touch with me to check availability/book.
You will also need to ensure you have enough credit on your MyCourts account to book a court.
To book please e-mail me on breen_drew@hotmail.com

Court Bookings
With bookings going through me, it does give us a bit more flexibility to start with.
Bookings can be made up to 7 days in advance as usual.
Members will be able to make either a 40 minute or 60 minute court booking.
After each booking we must leave a 20 minute break for court sanitising.

Track and Trace
Each booking made must include the names of both members - except when you are using the court to do solo practice.

Once your booking has been accepted I will then book a court at roughly the same time on MyCourts so your account can be debited the court fee.

I will make a final reminder you will need an up to date playing membership and use your card to gain access to the club.

So let the fun begin :)
Just hoping this doesn’t crash my e-mail account!!!

Thanks
Breeny
