Liverpool Cricket Club (Squash) - new on-line court booking system
As you may have already heard, we now have a new online booking system which will allow you to book up to 7 days prior. Each day at 7am, a new "booking sheet" is automatically added to the system. All bookings to play from Wednesday 15 October 2014 and onwards must now be done on the new booking system (any bookings for dates prior to 15 October must still be done as usual on the paper booking sheets at the club). In other words, on Wednesday 8 October from 7am onwards, you can login and book a court to play Wednesday 15 October 2014. Please click the following link to go to the booking system website. http://lccsquash.mycourts.co.uk Your password was computer-generated from a list of random words, you can change your password when you login to the system (click "My Settings"). Please do not share your login details and PIN with other members. You will need to know your PIN number to use the touch screen "kiosk" terminal which has recently been installed on the squash gallery above the courts. Please note the booking system will implement a late-cancellation and "no-show" policy as follows. There is a £1.50 booking fee for peak-time courts (only), however, this booking fee is automatically refunded as soon as the member who booked the court checks-in with the touch-screen "kiosk" terminal in the gallery above the courts -- this must be done within an hour before going on court. If you book a court and don't check-in, the system will automatically assume the court remained booked but unused and will charge a £5 "no-show" penalty. In order to pay the booking fees, each member has a booking system account. All members have been given a £10 overdraft/credit facility which will allow you hold 3 live bookings and 1 no-show at any time, however, you will need to top-up your booking system account by at least £5 if you incur more than one no-show penalty.
