Support Needed for 24 Hour Squashathon - November 28-29
Hi everyone,
Liverpool Squash Club is hosting an exciting 24-Hour Squashathon from 7 PM Friday, 28th November to 7 PM Saturday, 29th November at Liverpool Cricket Club, Aigburth.
This event will see two teams play squash continuously for 24 hours to raise vital funds for our squash section and promote grassroots participation. It’s a fantastic opportunity to showcase endurance, teamwork, and community spirit while supporting the future of squash in Liverpool.
Why It Matters:
• Funds raised will help maintain and grow squash opportunities for all ages.
• The event highlights the importance of grassroots sport and youth engagement.
Event Highlights:
• Start: Friday, 28th November, 7 PM
• Finish: Saturday, 29th November, 7 PM
• Activities: Squash marathon, music, games, and community involvement
• Play a Pro - we are hoping two of our squash professionals, Patrick Rooney and Lwamba Chileshe, will be joining uf from 6pm on Saturday afternoon. If they can make it, we will be giving members an opportunity to get on court with them.
